It depends. For instance: We just got an application, both of us mods have looked it over, and we’ve agreed that it’s an accepted application (I’ll be sending a message to the person in just a moment to notify them of this). Sometimes, it can take 24 to 48 hours because both Emily and myself work full time and have other outside commitments.
This is Georgia Richards reporting live from Quantico Virginia at the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s training facilities and it appears that with just over a year having passed, there is a second bombing rocking the organization. As of now, all transportation in and out of the city has been ground bar select officials. We will give more information as it becomes available, though authorities are encouraging residents to stay back in their homes as emergency crews rush to assist the agency during this time.
As of this time, it is unknown how many agents or probationary agents are in the building, though reports state that classes and assignments are in full swing despite the holiday weekend.
With new, revamped, and updated bios coming out, from this point forward we are going to be suspending any bios being posted. You’ve seen some of the new nametag pictures come out the past couple weeks, and we are anxious to see what you guys think of the revamped bios.
Please let us know if there is anything that you would like to change and/or update in your bios. However one thing that we are requesting from all roleplayers is your characters BIRTHDAYS and CURRENT AGES so we make sure that the biographies are updated. Please make note the birthdays need to be MONTH, DAY and YEAR. :) (preferably in a message to the main or on Skype please! It’s easier to track)
A good chunk of you will find that you are probably already following this blog, it will be a new character for Beth, who has since dropped Sarah Callies-Fitzgerald. :)
Biography is currently pending and will be published soon.
Name: Remy Coulson
Date of Birth: June 25 of 1977, currently 37 years old
Ranking: Doctor of Medicine, Head of General Surgery
Specialties: General Surgeon
Current Assignment: Civilian
Raised outside of Dallas, Texas Remy would probably be the first one to tell you that he loved having the advantages big city advantages while still being able to live out in the country. Certainly not someone that would have ever anticipated going into the medical field, all through high school he was simply determined prove his family wrong by getting the best grades and being the first to go to college. It didn’t take him long from there to realize that even though college might be the goal, there should probably be a bigger picture that he is looking at in his life than something temporary.
After taking a year off after his freshman year to gain some perspective, Remy was quick to dive back into the books and careful about what it was that he was doing in his free time. A bachelor in sociology later, it was in his senior year that Remy stumbled into medicine after a particularly nasty break in his leg forced him to have surgery and was fascinated enough to apply for med school. Ending up at Columbia in New York for his medical school, it was there that he got married and later divorced during his residency, something that he hasn’t fully recovered from in his personal life.
Since the Bombing: Now settled in Washington DC, it isn’t uncommon for the doctor to be found sleeping in the on call rooms more often than at his apartment these days, and since the bombing he’s been near swamped with the amount of follow up surgeries some of the agents have needed. The head of general surgery, he still tries to balance between both the administrative side and the love that he has for surgery but prefers to leave his personal life to flounder in the background unless forced to interact with people.

Name: Michaela Rosen, sometimes known as Lea
Date of Birth: October 17 of 1980, currently 33 years old
Ranking: Senior Special Agent
Specialties: Arsons and Bombings
Current Assignment: Floater
Seattle born and bred, music is in her blood just as much as anything else. Though raised by a single mother, Michaela saw her father between his touring dates and the occasional business venture, and although it didn’t give them much face to face time, they had regular phone calls every Saturday night. The result of this was an attempt to get into Julliard School and was accepted before ultimately deferring for a year due to uncertainty.
The following year seemingly changed everything about her and she was quick to change her major, and school preferences, following the wake of her mother’s death in a house fire while she was visiting her father. Though the cause of the fire was never discovered, and was only investigated seemingly to the bear minimum, and she always suspected that one of her mother’s on-and-off again boyfriends may have been responsible. Now a graduate of University of Southern California, she interned at both the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, focusing primarily on her career since her graduation.
After the Bombing: Brought in to assist in the aftermath of the bombing and the investigation that followed, there was little else that Michaela did in the months following and her personal life was put on hold. More comfortable in Quantico now that the world has settled, still regularly working on the case, it isn’t uncommon for her to be pulled off into different cases as well. Now that life has begun to slow down, her most recent goal is to just make sure that the last box from her move is unpacked and that there is a chance she’ll get to have more than a couple hours off at a time.

Name: Tayrn Sawyer, more commonly known as Tayr
Date of Birth: March 18 of 1998, currently 16 years old
Ranking: High School Student
Specialties: Not Applicable
Current Assignment: Civilian
Taryn’s mother Mariah Sawyer met Micah Hawes in a overcrowded, hot, smelly apartment during the summer of 1997. Like many hormone-ridden, alcohol-driven young adults, one thing led to another and the two hooked up. A one night stand is normally something to forget about. It is, of course, more difficult when the result of that time spent together is an infant. By the end of March, Taryn is that baby girl. The attempt is made to keep her, and raise her, but Mariah decides a number of months in that she’s not ready nor willing to be a mom. At that point, Taryn is not being well taken care of, and when she’s abandoned at the local hospital, she’s underweight and ill.
Because of her health issues, Taryn is not adopted as quickly as would be expected. In fact, she’s not adopted at all. Foster homes, and eventually group homes, are what forms the girl’s childhood. Juvenile diabetes is a challenge for both Taryn and the various foster parents whose care she’s placed under. When old enough, she researches her own disease and learns more about it. She gains some independence in knowing how to and becoming comfortable with injecting her own insulin at a young age. She’s a very intelligent teenager, and excels in math and science. She’d love to eventually become a doctor, specializing in pediatric care and helping others with type 1 diabetes.
Since the Bombing: Years after she entered her first foster home, Taryn has begun to close herself off from anyone and everyone around her with the knowledge that they will likely always end up leaving her. Recently fallen in with a particularly bad group of people who have talked her into committing petty crimes like shoplifting and vandalism, their next plan is to rob a bank. Too afraid to speak out against the others, including her current boyfriend, she’s not entirely sure what else she should do besides go along with the plan.
